Like most busy families in today's world, our vacation time is limited.  We wanted a family-friendly city that offered something for everyone. Our last-minute vacation search brought us to OC, MD. We fell in love with the city and the vibe it carries. This love for it, turned into a passion for the city and summer after summer we started coming here. Then we decided to purchase our vacation home that can be our go-to place for summers. We have recently decided to start sharing this beautiful place with families and friends who have similar needs and want to visit this city.

We decided to partner with Vacasa to manage our home. They have done a great job of serving, maintaining, and thoroughly cleaning the properties. 

The Condominiums are fully furnished. If you find something missing please report it to us and we will place it in the unit.

Our rates are very reasonable, constantly adjust to market factors and we price them to recover our costs and property maintenance, the intention is not to take advantage of your money, we are not in for the short-term, we want to earn your repeat trips.
